Billy Serbousek

Billy Serbousek has worked for the Illinois Chapter NECA since 2004. He took over as the Executive Vice President in January of 2012. There are 8 IBEW Local Unions within the jurisdiction of the Illinois NECA chapter covering all of central and southern IL excluding Peoria and Quincy. This area covers Bloomington/Normal, Pontiac/Streator, Danville, Decatur, Springfield, Jacksonville, and all counties south from east to west in the state of Illinois.
